Corte Giara is a collab between the renowned Allegrini family and a small group of local growers in Veneto. The wine is made from 70% Corvina and 30% Rondinella and offers notions of plum, dark cherry, almond and chocolate, with nicely integrated oak. Savour with bollito misto or a rich mushroom risotto.
